Your first visit to Caring Kids Dental involves a few special steps so that we can get to know you. To understand what to expect, please read through this page. You’ll find all the practical information you need, such as a map and directions to our office, practice hours, payment policies and more.

Appointments

The first step towards a beautiful, healthy smile is to schedule an appointment. Please contact our office by phone (909) 333-7457 or complete an online appointment request.

Patient Forms

If you are a new patient to our office, please visit our Patient Forms page to save some time by printing out and completing patient forms in advance of your appointment. This will allow us to attend to your medical needs more quickly than completing them on your arrival. Thank you and please contact our office if you have any questions at all.

Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. Feel free to contact our office If your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.

Dental Financing

As a service to our patients, we are pleased to offer dental financing through the CareCredit® card, the nation’s leading patient payment program. For more information about CareCredit dental financing offered at Caring Kids Dental please click here or contact our office for details.

Dental Insurance

We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Caring Kids Dental accepts all private insurances. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan through CareCredit. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
